Likewise, due to legal requirements, we must specify the times and manners in which we handle cases and inquiries regarding our service. The included barcode will serve as the voucher or ticket to enter the event on the day it is held; therefore, it must be presented at the event entrance module along with an official ID of the person whose name is on the ticket. If you require an invoice, please request it by replying to the order confirmation email. It will be necessary to attach the Tax Identification Certificate (CIF) in the original PDF format issued by the Tax Administration Service (SAT). Personal Data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person. Sensitive Personal Data: Those personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of the data subject, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk to them. ARCO Rights: Refers to the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition that, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and subject to the exceptions established therein and in this Privacy Notice, each Data Subject has in relation to the Personal Data collected by the Controller and\/or its Processors, as described below: Right of Access: The right of the Data Subject to know about the Personal Data related to them held by the Controller or its Processors, as well as to whom it has been shared and for what purpose. Right to Rectification: Each Data Subject has the right to have their Personal Data rectified when it is inaccurate or incomplete. Right of Cancellation: Each Data Subject has the right to request at any time that their Personal Data be deleted, which will occur once the blocking period has elapsed. Blocking involves the identification and preservation of Personal Data once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, with the aim of determining possible liabilities in relation to its processing, until the legal or contractual statute of limitations expires. During said period, your Personal Data will not be subject to processing, and once it has passed, it will be cancelled in the corresponding database or file. Once the data is cancelled, the Controller will provide the Data Subject with the corresponding notice. In the event that the Personal Data had been transmitted prior to the date of rectification or cancellation and continues to be processed by third parties, the Controller shall inform the third party of said request for rectification or cancellation so that they may also proceed with it. Right of Opposition: The Data Subject has the right at all times to request, provided they have a legitimate cause, that the Controller cease processing their Personal Data. Controller: Refers to the natural or legal person who decides on the processing of the Data Subject&#8217;s Personal Data, in this case Procot S.A. de C.V. Processor: Refers to the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller. Data Subject: Refers to the natural person who owns the Personal Data, or is authorized to provide the Personal Data of a third party in accordance with applicable laws, and who provides said Personal Data to the Controller.           <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"c3f8c00\" class=\"subtitle-avis-wht e-heading-base\">CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-370904c elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"370904c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For the purposes of the provisions of Article 17 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Data Subject states that: I. This Privacy Notice has been made known to them by the Controller, II. They have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice, and therefore grant their consent regarding the processing of their Personal Data for the purposes of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable legislation. In the event that the Personal Data collected includes sensitive or financial Personal Data, by signing the corresponding contract, whether in printed format or using electronic means and their corresponding processes for the formation of consent\u2014for example, including but not limited to, the provision of Personal Data through dialogue windows, or the on-screen viewing and navigation of terms and conditions\u2014these acts constitute the express consent of the data subject in terms of the second paragraph of Article 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable legislation, and III. They grant their consent for Entrelineas Producciones, S.A. de C.V., or its processors to transfer Personal Data to domestic or foreign third parties, with the understanding that the processing given by said third parties to their Personal Data must comply with the provisions of this Privacy Notice. In the event that the Data Subject does not object to the terms of this Privacy Notice within 48 hours of it being made available to them, its content shall be considered agreed upon and consented to, in terms of the third paragraph of Article 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.     The Data Subject&#8217;s consent may be revoked at any time by them without retroactive effects, under the terms and according to the procedures established later in this Privacy Notice. Notwithstanding any provision of this Privacy Notice, the Data Subject acknowledges that their consent will not be required for the processing of Personal Data by the Controller or third parties in any of the cases specified in Article 10 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"88ef250\" class=\"subtitle-avis-wht e-heading-base\">PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-471f6b9 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"471f6b9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to establish the terms and conditions under which Procot S.A. de C.V. (or the Processor designated by Procot S.A. de C.V.) I. Will receive and protect the Data Subject&#8217;s Personal Data, in order to protect their privacy and their right to informational self-determination, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties; II. Will use the Data Subject&#8217;s Personal Data, and III. Will carry out, if applicable, the transfer of Personal Data to third parties. The Controller will collect and process the Data Subject&#8217;s Personal Data, that is, information that can reasonably identify them, through the receipt of documents, whether in printed and\/or digital format. The following are examples, including but not limited to, of information that the Controller may collect: first and last names; address, whether home, work, or tax address; email address, personal or work; telephone number, home or work; cell phone number; Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) key. The collection of Personal Data may be carried out through direct delivery to the Controller, through the use of emails, and\/or through the use of its websites, by the voluntary provision of information through the dialogue windows enabled on the sites, or through the use of automatic data capture tools. These tools allow for the collection of information sent by your browser to said websites, such as the type of browser you use, the user language, access times, and the IP address of websites you used to access the Controller&#8217;s or Processors&#8217; sites. The Controller may also collect Personal Data from public access sources and other sources available in the market to which the Data Subject may have given their consent to share their personal information or that have provided anonymous demographic information associated with a specific geographic area.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"e63b66f\" class=\"subtitle-avis-wht e-heading-base\">SAFEGUARDING AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-22ab82f elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"22ab82f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Controller and\/or its Processors will retain the Data Subject&#8217;s Personal Data for as long as necessary to process their requests for information, products, and\/or services, as well as to maintain accounting, financial, and audit records in terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and current commercial, tax, and administrative legislation. The Data Subject&#8217;s Personal Data collected by the Controller and\/or its Processors will be protected by appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the administrative regulation derived therefrom. Notwithstanding the above, Entrelineas Producciones, S.A. de C.V., does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties cannot gain access to the physical or logical systems of the Data Subjects or the Controller, or to the electronic documents and files stored in their systems.
